These systems come with a thermostat and takes out hot air from your roof cavity when needed. (You will need an electrician to connect it to power.) These motor vents can extract up to 540 cubic metres per hour from your roof and are equivalent to 5 whirlybirds.
Motorised roof ventilation that works when the sun is out to take out the hot air from your roof cavity. The Solarstar can extract up to 1320 cubic metres per hour from your roof and are equivalent to 14 whirlybirds.
